Issue Summary

When an automation rule is set up with the "Project Created" trigger, it works as expected and is triggered whenever a project is created using any of the standard templates. However, the rule does not get triggered when a project is created using a "Custom Template."

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Create a Custom Template

Select Project settings, then select Details. Select More actions (•••), then select Save as project template.

Step 2: Create an Automation Rule with the Trigger as "Project Created":

Step 3: Created a new project by choosing the template created in Step 1:

Expected Results

The automation rule should be triggered for new project creation, regardless of which template is used.

Actual Results

The automation rule is not triggered when a "Custom Template" is used to create a project.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
