Current Behavior:

Work item cards in Program View within Plans are now customizable.

However, when 'Epic' is selected, only the Epic summary is displayed, even when viewing the Epic's card itself, rather than its parent (higher hierarchy) information, which would be redundant on the card.

Requested Behavior:

In the Program view within Plans,_ all hierarchy levels should be supported_, and respective parent information should be displayed on the cards, not just limited to the Epic level.

When the Epic option is enabled in the Program view settings, all parent information should be visible on the cards.
