Issue Summary

As documented in this feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-84210 it's expected that after removing a user from the instance dashboards are moved to the trash.

Still, this action is not happening immediately and it could happen after several days of the user deletion

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove a user from the Jira instance
2. As documented in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-84210 dashboards are sent to the trash

Expected Results

The dashboards are sent immediately to the trash

Actual Results

The dashboards are moved after several days from the user removal(up to 7). This could lead to confusion on why they were moved to the trash.

Workaround

Restore the dashboard from the trash and assign a new owner.
