Issue Summary
Enable the ability to add and configure SLA-based gadgets on Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud dashboards, allowing teams to visualise, track, and report on SLA metrics directly from their dashboards
Expected Results
- Add native gadgets to JSM cloud dashboards that can display SLA metrics, such as: Number/percentage of issues meeting or breaching SLAs (by project, queue, or team), SLA trends over time (line/bar charts), List of issues at risk of breaching SLAs, Customizable filters (project, issue type, SLA type, time period, etc.)
- Support for both company-managed and team-managed projects
