Ability to restrict creating the same sprint name in Jira

      Hi Team,

      Currently, Jira cloud allows the same sprint name to be used across the same project, different projects and even the whole Jira site.

      We may need to check the existing Sprint names, and restricting the creation of a new sprint with the same name.
