Issue Summary

If navigating to a Work Item and setting a "Due date" value to the current day, then configuring the Due Date to "recur" (such as daily or weekly), the "Due date" field will show as None.  

Steps to Reproduce

1. When the "Due date" is set to None, try to set the "Due date" to the current day, then set this to recur. 
2. The "Due date" stays as "None", even after refreshing the page.

Expected Results

The "Due date" field will show the current day's date.

Actual Results

The "Due date" field value is "None".

Workaround

Set the "Due date" as tomorrow and then change it back to today.
