Summary
When a user is set as the actor of an automation rule, they receive a notification if the rule is deleted or if the actor is changed.
However, notifications are still sent even if the user has been removed from the site.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a project
- Invite a UserA to the site and add the project with adminitrator role.
- Create an automation rule and set UserA as rule actor.
- Delete UserA from the site
- Delete an automation rule.
UserA would receive notifications about "rule actor change".
Suggestion
It would be great for check the user status(active/inactive) in Jira instance.
