Current status

In Jira, on the issue / work item view, the "Actions" button previously had a descriptive label. The button used to look like the below screenshot:

Now, the button is only the "lightning bolt" icon, with no descriptive "Actions" label. This has caused some confusion for users who are not expecting reflexive workflow actions or automation actions to be found by clicking this icon. See the screenshot below:

Desired result

Add back the "Actions" keyword as part of the button design, or expose an option for Jira Administrators to do the same.
