Issue Summary

When creating work item form Slack- Jira integration app when the message in Slack is Korean language (as an example) and user tried to create a work item from it using AI the content generated is English. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you locale set in profile is Korean language
2. Create a Test channel in Slack 
3. Paste Korean content in channel
4. From 3 dot menu on message click Create Issue from Jira Cloud
5. A pop up window appears with the content generated by AI in English. See GIF image below.

Expected Results

Content generated in Korean language

Actual Results

Content is generated in the english language

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
