Problem Definition

Team field in issue view cannot be printed or exported.
The print preview does not include the team data.

i am not able to print this field unless i use a custom text field for teams.


 

Suggested Solution

The print option in issue view should support printing the Team field..

Why this is important

With the recent unification of Teams In Jira in Cloud, the expectation of customers is that this data would be supported for printing. 

The below user defined custom field types are currently unsupported.

• Parent Link
• Team
• Target start
• Target end

Current Workarounds

1. Currently, Only print from browser or export to CSV dis plays this field.
