Issue Summary

To have the ability to view and filter by the Component field in the release-report-all-issues view under normal Releases in Jira. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to your Jira project.
2. In the left sidebar, click on Releases or Versions (the name may vary depending on your Jira configuration).
3. Find and select the release/version you are interested in.
4. Then navigate to work items part of view. 

Expected Results

To have the "Component" filter as shown in the screenshot: 

Workaround

Workaround is to use "Advanced Roadmaps" as this view has "Component" filter, but for some cases it is not a option.
