      Experiencing difficulties with importing data from Monday.com to Jira, specifically with the account not being recognized despite following the documentation correctly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to "External System Import" in Jira.
      2. Select "Monday" to import from Monday.com to Jira.
      3. Enter the Personal API token generated from Monday.com.
      4. Encounter an error message: "We're unable to find this account. Retry or switch to another Monday account."

      Note: Despite the account recognition issue, the workspace and board details are fetched successfully.

      Expected Results

      The account should be correctly identified, along with the workspace and board information, allowing data to be imported from Monday.com to Jira.

      Actual Results

      Jira importer displays an error message: "We're unable to find this account. Retry or switch to another Monday account."
