Issue Summary

When attempting to load a custom avatar image for a Work Type, the image fails to display due to a HTTP 403 error. The default avatar images loads without any error. This is affecting the forge app where the developers try to get images.

Steps to Reproduce

This can simply be reproduced by invoking the custom avatar image for a Work Type in the browser.

Replace cloud_id and image_id in the above url.

Expected Results

The custom avatar image should load and display correctly like the default avatar.

Actual Results

The custom avatar image fails to load, resulting in a HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
