We propose the addition of new subject areas within the site optimizer:

Boards:

• Display all boards that have not been used in the last 6, 12, or 24 months.
• Identify boards with a deactivated board admin or a deactivated board admin group.

Filters:

• Identify filters whose owners are deactivated.

• Show filters that have not been used in the last 6, 12, or 24 months, either within a board or independently.

• Highlight filters with no subscriptions and those not marked as a favorite.

Users:

• List all users who have not been active within Jira in the last 6, 12, or 24 months
