Issue
Atlassian customers use JSM as their internal and/or external help desk. Customers reach the help desk to get assistance for various issues.
If the site associated with the JSM portal has Atlassian Rovo activated then when customers login to the help desk, they are shown messaging encouraging them to try out Rovo.
This is not ideal in a helpdesk environment as customers can get distracted and/or confused about this messaging.
Suggestion
Remove any Rovo-specific messaging like the below popup from JSM Portal.
Note: Each user will only see this two times maximum; after that, selecting 'dismiss' will close the modal indefinitely.
