Issue Summary

Reports may fail to load due to a timeout on sites with a long Work Item history.

The most vulnerable Reports:

• Sprint Report
• Burndown/Burnup Chart
• Velocity Report
• Version Report
• Cumulative Flow Diagram
• Control Chart

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Board with a JQL query that includes a large number of Work Items (e.g., all Projects on a site)
2. Open one of the Reports listed above.

Expected Results

Reports are reliably loaded.

Actual Results

Reports occasionally fail to load. An error is shown after 30s or 60s indicating a timeout.

Workaround

Try to load a target Report several times. Reports performance gets significantly improved after several attempts (due to caching).
