While configuring workflow - when we add status there is a description field for each statuses. 

However the description can only be populated during workflow configuration - and user cannot see the description on the issue view.

Expected Results

When user hover or the status field in issue view - description of the status should be visible

Actual Results

Only the status name is visible and to check the description user needs to check in status setting/workflow setting.
