Summary

Previously, a Jira experiment allowed for multiple work items to be selected and a "change status" option allowed for them to be bulk-transitioned to a new workflow status in the list view of a Jira board.

Currently, the "Change status" option for bulk transitions exists on the work item search results page, and the "All work" view of Jira boards, but not on the list view.

Expected results

Allow the "Change status" option to be chosen on a Jira board's list view. This will result in parity between the work item search results and the "all work" experiences.
