Issue Summary

"Find my field" shows Security Level field is not present on the work item layout even the security level field is visible on the work item view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Apply the Security Scheme to the Project.
2. Add Security Level to View, Edit and Create Screen.
3. Open any Issue and Click on the three-dot menu > Select "Find your field".
4. Search for Security Level field.

Expected Results

"Find your field" should not show that the 'Security Level' field is not present on the work item layout. As it's not possible to add 'Security Level' on work item layout. 

Actual Results

"Find your field" shows that the 'Security Level' field is not present on the work item layout. Even the 'Security Level' is visible on the issues.

Workaround

"Find your field" Security Level field error message which shows "field is not present on the work item layout " can be ignored as it gives a false error message.
