Issue Summary

For sites that have the new Field Management rolled out, the Description and Summary system fields are not visible in the list (possibly other system fields not yet reported)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Setting (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of Jira
2. Go to Work Items
3. Navigate to Fields
4. Search for Summary or Description

Expected Results

These fields are expected in the new Field management as mentioned in this Announcement.  From that article...

We’ve rebuilt the Fields page (formerly the Custom fields page), and with it comes a few changes:

• the list now includes system Fields (e.g. Summary and Description)

Actual Results

The Assignee and Description fields should be available in the list.
