Issue Summary

When creating work item form Slack- Jira integration app when the message in Slack is JP language (as an example) and user tried to create a work item from it using AI the content generated is English. Previously this use to generate JP content but now it is generating English

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you locale set in profile is JP language
2. Create a Test channel in Slack 
3. Paste Japanese content in channel
4. From 3 dot menu on message click Create Issue from Jira Cloud
5. A pop up window appears with the content generated by AI in English. See GIF image below.
   

Expected Results

Content generated in JP language

Actual Results

Content is generated in the english language

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
