Issue Summary

Gadget hyperlinks of Software project summary feature do not work when the feature List view is disabled.

Our respective public documentation does not state that List view is required for this feature to work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a software project regardless of being Company or Team-managed
2. Disable list view
3. Open the project summary page
4. Click on a hyper link of a gadget like the ones below.

• View all work items
• See what your team's been focusing on
• Reassign work items to get the right balance
• View all items
• View all epics
• or even the Statuses hyperlinks

Expected Results

Hyperlink should redirect user to the board page applying the required filters respectively.

Actual Results

Hyperlink redirect user to the board page with the error below:

We can't find the page you're looking for
The view does not exist in this board.
Error code: 404

Workaround

Ensure List view is enabled for the project through Project settings > Features
