JQL Sort by "Time to first response" doesn't work for completed SLA's

      Issue Summary

      Sort by "Time to first response" for Completed SLA's provides incorrect results whereas it works fine for the the paused/running SLAs which are not completed

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Filter issues in the Global issue filter
      2. Sort the issue by "Time to first response"

      Expected Results

      Issues should be sorted correct for the both running/paused and completed SLA cycle.

      Actual Results

      The paused SLAs which are not completed are sorted correctly, while the completed SLAs are incorrectly sorted.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
