Issue Summary

New fields UI doesn't allow renaming a cascade field that has many cascade options.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a cascading Select field
2. Two options must have the same value with different parent options
3. There has to be only one context
4. There has to be less than 200 options total
5. Create the field
6. Try editing that saved field, edit name or description

Expected Results

The save button is enabled after renaming the field

Actual Results

The save button is disabled.

Workaround

Current workaround is to use the legacy experience. This can be achieved by using the following url `/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa`.
