View starred item loads only 30 starred filters.

      Issue Summary

      View starred items should load all the starred filters or allow a pagination to go to the next page to view remaining filters.

      It restricts the filter to show 30 items only.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create more than 30 starred filters
      2. Go to Filters > View all starred Items

      Expected Results

      It should load all the starred filters like it shows all assignee issue with it's number of counts in the other tab.

      Actual Results

      It shows only 30 filters in the list.

      Workaround

      Go to View all Filters and sort result by starred to view all starred filters.
