Issue Summary

Ability to customize the options shown on the bulk edit toolbar on the list and filter view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the project -> select List or All work option from the left menu.
2. Select one or more work items, and the edit bulk editor toolbar appears
3. The options are limited to some actions.

Expected Results

The customer expects to be able to customize the options shown on the bulk edit toolbar in the list and filter view.

Actual Results

The options are limited to those shown on the images.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
