Lowercase work items keys still provide the item preview

      Issue Summary

      According to the documentation, lower case issue items, should not unfurl. However, it does:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a comment in a connected Slack channel containing a work item key in lowercase

      Expected Results

      The work item should not display its preview (unfurl)

      Actual Results

      The preview is displayed regardless.
