Issue Summary

When an unauthenticated user tries to access a Jira Plan, the page loads for a long time and eventually responds with a "Something went wrong error" instead of redirecting to login page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In an unauthenticated session (incognito mode), try to access a Plan directly, for example: https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/jira/plans/2/scenarios/2/timeline?vid=8

Expected Results

It should redirect to the login page and then maintain the original URL and load the Plan

Actual Results

It loads (spinning circle) and eventually returns "Something went wrong" error

Workaround

Login before accessing Plan or manually click the login button in the top right corner.
