      Issue Summary

      Mention notifications are no longer threaded with Jira notifications related to the ticket.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a ticket
      2. Mention a user in a comment
      3. Update the ticket/ add a comment

      Expected Results

      Ticket and mention notifications would be threaded, as the headers would share the same in-reply-to header.

      Actual Results

      Mention notifications are not being threaded with Jira notifications.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
