Issue Summary

That's no longer possible to copy the email address for pinned user picker fields like Assignee and Reporter.

Every click on the pop-up dismisses it. This behavior only happen when the field is pinned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pin the reporter and more other random fields;
2. Hover the field and try to copy the email address.

Expected Results

We should be able to copy the email address from the pop-up when hovering over the field.

Actual Results

The pop-up just dismisses, and it's not possible to copy the email address.

Workaround

Unpin the field to be able to copy the email address from the user picker field.
