Issue Summary

When a specific user tries to load the board in backlog view using the Edge browser with left side panel enabled in the browser, faces the flickering issue upon selecting any users in Quick filters.

Steps to Reproduce

When using Microsoft Edge at a 1440p resolution with the browser window occupying about 100% of the screen height, the scrollbar may flicker frequently.

Note: The issue can't be replicated in Chrome and Safari or other browser.

Expected Results

Ideally, the screen should not flicker.

Actual Results

The board in the UI flickers upon selecting the options in quick filter.

Workaround

the workaround for this is to make the edge browser a different size say 90%, so it stops showing this behaviour or switch to switch to different browser.
