Issue Summary

If we have the the System field render we can see that any changes done via UI we can see the changes record on the audit log but when any app is doing the changes via REST API call we do not have this change recorded in the audit log 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the field render from the UI directly
2. The audit log shows the change records.
3. While if the changes being made by an app using the RESR API.
4. No records in the Audit logs.

Expected Results

All the changes for the field render should be recorded in the audit log

Actual Results

Only the field render changes are logged in the audit log if it is been done via UI

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
