Issue and Search do not show the "Inactive" label for suspended accounts

Steps to Reproduce

1. Suspend the access of an account.
2. Go to the work item or the search page and search for any item where the suspended user is the assignee (ensure the Assignee column is included in the results)
3. The user appears listed without any "Inactive" label.

Notes: the old Search displays an inactive label in this situation.

The request is to display the Inactive label in the new search like it does in the old one.
