Issue Summary

The Navigation Icon will briefly overlap during page transitions in Jira navigation on the admin pages when the French language is selected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick a site having the new Jira Navigation
2. Select the French Language under the user account preference
3. Now, navigate to different Jira admin pages, e.g
   • https://<site>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/<project>/issuesecurity
   • https://<site>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/<Project>/issuetypes
   • https://<site>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewCollectors!default.jspa?projectKey=<project>
4. Observe that, the Navigation Icon briefly overlaps in the sidebar during page transitions in Jira navigation :
   

Expected Results

The Jira pages should appear properly without any additional images appearing during page transitions. 

Actual Results

The Navigation Icon intermittently appears on the Admin pages

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
