Issue Summary
Unexpectedly scrolled to the wrong section when editing a long description with many linked issues.
Sometimes, the user's clicks are registered at the location where the page scrolls to and not where they clicked inside the Description field. This can cause the user to be navigated to a new page, accidentally delete linked issues, or accidentally delete attachments.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a work item with at least 10 linked issues.
- Add long description.
- Scroll down towards the bottom of the Description field, then double-click (or single-click) inside the Description field to enable editing.
- Observe that the the page automatically scrolls down. Depending on exactly where the user clicked and where the page scrolls to, this may cause the user to be navigated to a new page, prompted to delete a linked issue, or prompted to delete an attachment.
Please check screen recording with issue reproducing (please note that it is test instance):

Expected Results
Double-clicking the Description field should enable editing without causing significant scrolling down the page.
Actual Results
The cursor unexpectedly scrolled to the wrong section.
Workaround
In such cases, click in the middle part of the description section, or at the beginning of the section.
Scenario: 2 with No workaround:
When working with a ticket that contains a lengthy description, start by making edits at the beginning of the description. Once you have made your changes, scroll down to the Save button and click it. After saving, you may notice that the page automatically refreshes and the focus of the view shifts all the way down to the linked items section, making it inconvenient to continue reviewing or editing other parts of the ticket.
Now, let's consider a different scenario where you choose to edit a section. After making your adjustments in this area, save your changes again. Upon refreshing the page, you might find that the focus is relocated near the top of the comments section. This inconsistent behavior in page focus can disrupt the workflow, as it requires additional scrolling to return to the sections that need further attention or review.
