Possibility to bulk edit workflows

      Description

      At this time, if a change needs to be made to multiple workflows (such as adding a validator to a transition), it needs to be made on a per-workflow basis.

      Suggestion

      Create a bulk-workflow edit feature so a change can me made in multiple workflows at once.
