      Issue Summary

Default project roles in the Project permission scheme can be seen in the "Permission" screen of the migrated project's settings, even if those roles don't exist on the Server.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a project role in the Cloud instance and add default members (users) to that role.
      • Migrate a project from Server to Cloud using JCMA/Copy product data
      • In Cloud, open up the migrated project's settings and go to "Permissions".

      Expected Results

The list of users/roles for this project in the Cloud is identical to the list of users/roles in the Server/source cloud site.

      Actual Results

Default project roles in the Project permission scheme can be seen in the "Permission" screen of the migrated project's settings, even if those roles don't exist on the Server.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
