      Issue Summary

After a certain period of time, the issue is not getting created. Check the logs, and it shows "Could not retrieve access token for connection" error. We have to reset or re-authorize the connection in order to get the email converted to ticket again

This is causing a lot of emails not to be converted into tickets

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. After a certain period of time issue is not created
      2. Go to Project settings > Email requests > Actions > View log to see the status and it shows "Could not retrieve access token for connection". We have to reset or re-authorize the connection for the email to be available again.

      Expected Results

There should be some kind of email notification to the admin stating the token expiry

      Actual Results

There is no notification and the admin has to check the logs manually

      Workaround

There is no workaround at the moment as there no option to monitor the token availability using API, add ons or Automation
