Issue Summary
The customer is experiencing an issue where the hyperlink of comment for a keyword 'focused comment' does not redirect or scroll to the specific comment present in the hyperlink when used within the same ticket.
Update: This is also seen when linking to comments in other tickets. Opening in a new tab typically works, though results may vary.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1 : Add a comment in a ticket and copy the comment link
Step 2 : Add the hyper link to another comment in the same ticket.
Step 3: When you select the hyperlink it is not redirected/scrolled to the exact comment.
Expected Results
The customer expects that when they select hyperlink of comment for a keyword 'focused comment' to scroll to the specific comment present in the hyperlink when used within the same ticket.
Actual Results
When selecting the comment it populates the data of the comment in URL but not scrolling down to the comment
Workaround
For now, please open the comment link in a new tab, which will take you directly to the highlighted comment. We understand this might not be the experience you were hoping to achieve.
