Issue Summary

In the new navigation, all project-specific shortcuts are grouped under the dedicated "Shortcuts" tab in the sidebar. While this helps keep things organized, it adds an extra click and makes frequently used links slightly less accessible.

In the previous UI, shortcuts could be placed directly in the main sidebar, allowing quicker access without navigating through a separate tab. It would be a valuable improvement to offer users the option to pin or display specific shortcuts directly in the sidebar, restoring the flexibility and convenience that the old UI provided.
