Ability to edit custom fields of Child issues, Subtasks and Linked issues sections when viewing the parent issue

      Currently we are only able to edit the system fields of the Child issues, Subtasks and Linked issues sections when viewing the parent issue. 

      It would be great to be able to decide which fields can be edited, irrespective of the system and custom fields.
