Issue Summary

Using the Jira integration on Slack, it's not possible to search for options using uppercase.

If we try to search using the first letter in uppercase, Slack doesn't find the option.
But when I did the same search using all letters as lowercase, Slack found it, as shown in the video.

• We should be able to find all options, using uppercase or lowercase.

Workaround

• Using lowercase, we will be able to find all options.
