Ability to use timeSpent, Total time spent and other related time tracking fields in team managed workflows

      It would be very useful able to add workflow to check that users have logged work against a ticket before performing a transition. 

      This is currently unsupported in team managed projects as the validation rules will not allow users to select time tracking related fields (e.g time spent, Σ Time Spent) as options for validation.
