      Issue Summary

      Jira Cloud plugin for Copilot in Microsoft Teams does not add comments in Jira Work Items.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Jira cloud agent within Copilot in MS Teams.
      2. Ask to add a comment into a Jira work item

      Expected Results

      To add the comment.

      Actual Results

      Returns the following message:

       I'm sorry, but I cannot add comments to Jira issues directly. You can add comments manually through the Jira interface. If you need help with anything else, feel free to ask!

      OR

      It says comment added, but when viewing the work item in Jira, no comment is added.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
