Issue Summary

While editing Work item description field on a Parent/Subtask issue and changes are not saved, on any of them, the description field gets overridden

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Epic -> Task -> Subtask
2. Edit the description field of any Subtask work item but do not save the changes
3. Click on the parent issue, edit the description field and do not save the changes
4. Now, if you move back to the Subtask, the original value will get overridden by the description entered in the Parent issue

Expected Results

each issue should maintain their unsaved changes

Actual Results

Copies the value from unsaved description field of child issue to unsaved description field of parent issue and vice versa.

Workaround

Save the changes before you move to the parent/child work item
