Issue Summary

The board filter for newly created boards in the new navigation references the project using its ID rather than its project key.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Required Project.
2. Click on the '+' next to the project name to create a new Board.
3. Select the required type and add a Name to the board.
4. Optionally, you can choose to add additional items like work item type and select the required work types.
5. Click on create to create the board.
6. Verify the board filter once the board is created.

Expected Results

The board filter should reference the project using the project key and the work types using their names instead of their IDs.

Actual Results

The board filter references the project and the work types using their IDs.

Workaround

The board admin will need to manually update the board filter, replacing the IDs with the project key or name to improve the usability of the filters.
