Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have enabled Jira Service Management and Jira in the same instance
2. Add "Request Participants" field to a Software project
3. Create work item with "Request Participants" populated
4. Navigate to issue navigator and add "Request Participants" column
5. Search for the recently created work item

Expected Results

"Request Participant" column should contain the values populated in the work item

Actual Results

"Request Participant" column is empty.

Workaround

Click on the issue key and check "Request Participant" in issue view
