Issue Summary

We would like to request the addition of a desc parameter to the /rest/api/2/worklog/updated endpoint, allowing the most recent worklogs to be retrieved first.

We propose adding a backwards-compatible order query parameter:

• order=asc (default, current behaviour)

• order=desc (new, return most recently updated worklogs first)
