Ability to select multiple projects (batches) in the "copy issue layout" feature

Currently, the feature to copy issue layout allows you to apply the layout to other projects (not exactly share them), as mentioned in our documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/copy-an-issue-layout-to-other-projects/

However, there is a limitation on the amount of projects you can select, so it would be nice to have the ability to select the project in batches.

Example: if you have more than 4k projects, and you want to share the layout by clicking on "Select All", Jira will throw the error "We couldn't copy your layout. Check your connection..." - so you need to manually select fewer projects.

It would be awesome if there was an option to select 50-100 projects in batch.
