Issue Summary

With the new navigation, on the TMP board Done Column, clicking on View done work items returns a 404 error page not found if a project admin has explicitly removed the "All work" view from the project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable New navigation under your personal settings
2. Go to a Team Managed project Board
3. Go to the Done column 
4. Click on 3 dots to select Remove done items after 14 days to change to 30 days
5. Click on View done work items 

Expected Results

To show the list of Done work items.

Actual Results

It takes you to a Not-Found page

We can't find the page you're looking for
The view does not exist in this board.
Error code: 404
Go to the default view 

If you click on Go to the default view takes you back to the Board.

Workaround

To add All work back to the project. Please see the attached screenshot and screen recording.
